In today’s modern society, men are considered to be more fashion conscious than ever before – which is why King William Road retailers are sharing their styling advice on upcoming mens fashion that you can find on King William Road for this Winter.

It’s a given that jeans are a staple item in every man’s wardrobe – the fashion-forward team at Denim & Cloth are loving raw-edging with vintage washes this season in a clean jean or ripped at the knees for a more casual look. Denim jackets are also here to stay with an even stronger presence this Winter compared to previous seasons.

Leather jackets are making a statement with suede and distressed leather playing heavily into the mix, “You can’t look past pairing a leather jacket with denim – it’s a signature combination for men who want to look effortlessly on-trend,” according to Denim & Cloth. The experts at Skins & Things recommend wearing lighter coloured jeans when rocking a black biker-style leather jacket and opting for a darker shade of denim when wearing brown leather to create a great contrast. Leather jackets boast versatility – they can be worn casually over hoodies or t-shirts, or dressed up with a buttoned, collared shirt.

After the success of linen shirts in Summer, Denim & Cloth believe the trend is here to stay with linen blazers now on the rise. Striped knits, especially black and white stripes, are expected to be very popular this Autumn/Winter, as well as padded puffy jackets returning to the men’s fashion scene.

Navy, caramel and khaki are the key colours for Autumn/Winter, but bold colours have also been spotted on the runway, including reds and shades of orange.
