Poppy and Pear is inspired, lead and owned by Nella and Nikki. We met at high school 30 years ago and reconnected when our children (Sam & Sophia) started attending a special school together.
Nella and Nikki’s lives have always revolved around colour and Poppy & Pear reflects exactly this. They renovated their home with bright bold colours, to create a unique and personalised environment for their disabled children, with vision impairments that only allowed them to see bright colours.
In 2017, after the tragic loss of Nella’s daughter Sophia, they were inspired to create something wonderful and bring life, colour and purpose back into what was a dark place in their lives and with this in mind Poppy and Pear Homeware was born.
