WIN 1 OF 2 VIP PRIZE PACKS TO THE ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW
Entries open at 17:00 ACST on 27 August 2018 and close at 23:59 ACST on 29 August 2018.

Winners will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the Promotional Period. Winners will be notified via Instagram and asked to provide their details via email.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. The Entry Details and any other information provided on how to enter the Competition form part of these Conditions of Entry. Your entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or be part in any case of this competition.
3. The competition is being conducted by King William Road Traders Association Incorporated ofPO Box 302, Unley SA 5061 (“King William Road Traders Association” and “the Promoter”).
4. The ‘Win 1 of 2 VIP Prize Packs to the Royal Adelaide Show’ commences on at 17:00 ACST on27 August 2018 and finishes at 23:59 ACST on 29 August 2018 (“the Promotion Period”).
5. Each Prize Pack includes four (4) single entry VIP tickets to the Royal Adelaide Show includingaccess to Member Facilities.
6. You agree to be bound by the Royal Adelaide Show Association terms of use.
7. ‘Win 1 of 2 VIP Prize Packs to the Royal Adelaide Show’ Instagram Competition has a minimumtotal prize pool of $108.00.
8. In order to be eligible: Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.Entries must be submitted via Instagram. Entrants must be following @kingwilliamroad, entrants must ‘like’ the promotional post title, and entrants must have tagged a friend in the comments. Entrants must be South Australian residents aged 18 or above.
9. King William Road Traders Association takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Entry is open to all King William Road customers. King William Road employees, store owners, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.
11. Winners will be chosen at random using Comment Picker at the conclusion of the Promotion Period and will be notified via Instagram and asked to provide their details via email.

12. The winner will be announced via @kingwilliamroad at 09:30 ACST on 30 August 2018.
13. The winner’s details may be published on the King William Road website and other socialmedia accounts.
14. King William Road Traders Association shall endeavor to contact the winner via theirInstagram account. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted before 23:59 ACST on 5 September 2018, an alternate winner shall be selected and the original winner will forfeit the Prize.
15. The winner must make contact with Chelsea Mattner, Project and Community Manager, King William Road Traders Association Incorporated at info@kingwilliamroad.com.au to claim the Prize before 23:59 ACST on 5 September 2018. If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions then the prize is forfeited without compensation.
16. If the prize remains unclaimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw from all non-winning entries will take place at 09:30 ACST on 6 September 2018 (“the Unclaimed Prize Draw”).
17. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be announced via @kingwilliamroad at 10:00 ACST on 6 September 2018. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified via Instagram and asked to provide their details via email. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw must make contact with Chelsea Mattner, Project and Community Manager, King William Road Traders Association Incorporated at info@kingwilliamroad.com.au to claim the Prize before 14:00 ACST on 8 September 2018. If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions then the prize is forfeited without compensation.
18. You agree to be bound by Instagram’s terms of use. Any costs associated with your use of Instagram will be your sole responsibility.
19. The winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. King William Road Traders Association reserves the right to verify the validity of entries andentrants (including proof of identity, age and residency). King William Road Traders Association may, in its sole discretion disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the King William Road Traders Association includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who has, in King William Traders Association’s opinion, engaged in contact in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or King William Road Traders Association. King William Road Traders Association reserves the right to disqualify any entry, including a winner, if King William Road Traders Association becomes aware that the entry is not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

21. All entries to the Competition become the property of King William Road Traders Association and you acknowledge that you assign all of your right, title and interest (including copyright) in and to your entry to King William Road Traders Association from the time of entry, strictly for the purpose of King William Road Traders Association utilizing your entry in connection with the Competition (for example, reposting a winning entry on the King William Road Website and social media accounts).
22. By entering the Competition, you agree the King William Road Traders Association may use your personal details for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including the use of your Instagram name in promotional formats.
