Spoil Mum with a day out this Mothers Day

Ever since I sported a school uniform and a regrettable side fringe, spending the day on King William Road with my mum was my favourite form of quality time. From treating ourselves to strawberry ice-cream at Mulots Patisserie, to shopping for weekend party dresses at Wild Child Stylelab, our mother-daughter dates were an idyllic blend of gastronomy, giftware and a welcome wardrobe addition. We soon shifted from coffee to cabernet and our new tradition of lengthy lunches came with a side of reminiscing on our KWR highlight reel.

Pippa Wanganeen on King William Road

This Autumn, we spent a day with Pippa Wanganeen (Instagram: @pippawanganeen) on King William Road as we slowed down the pace and enjoyed time at all of Pippa’s favourite locations. Starting with a little bit of pampering at Blow Dry Bar, we then took a browse through the fashion boutiques, including Denim Iniquity and Designer Exchange, where Pippa picked up a beautiful dress that can be layered with a jacket so it’s perfect as the nights start to cool down.
